In 1999, the
original Real Guitars opened in a cute little building Punta Gorda.
By 2003, we had out-grown that shop and opened our second location in historic downtown Fort Myers. This shop is a historic landmark itself - built in the 1890's, it offers a wide front porch perfect for sittin' and pickin'.
Two stores turned out to be too much for the two
of us, so in June, we closed the Punta Gorda shop and
consolidated our resources in Fort Myers.

National Tricone
 The Style 1 Tricone is patterned after the original instrument
made in 1927 with its functional Art Deco industrial design. It
is made of brass, highly polished and bright nickel plated. The
round, mahogany neck has an ivoroid bound ebony fingerboard. The
slotted headstock has the National decal and three-on-a-plate
vintage-style tuners.

Fender Custom Telecaster

This FINE instrument is a Real Guitars Custom Shop TelecasterŽ.
It features a nice beefy and beautiful flamed V-neck with a 12"
radius and medium jumbo frets, a LIGHT Ash body finished in
Sunset Orange Transparent Nitrocellulose lacquer with a White
Pearl pick guard loaded with a screaming '51 Nocaster bridge
pickup and a Twisted TeleŽ neck pickup. Unlike FenderŽ's Twisted
TeleŽ, this guitar has a vintage brass three saddle bridge for
great tone, and a four position switch in it's backwards control
plate. It is a GREAT TelecasterŽ, and one you won't find
anywhere else. It sounds and plays like the top of the line
instrument is is.
